Medical Foot Care

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse certified in Advanced foot care. I graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Red Deer College in 2020, and completed my Basic and Advanced foot care training through the Edmonton Foot Care Academy in 2021. I have always had a passion for helping others. Before becoming an LPN, I worked as a Health Care Aide in home care for nearly a decade. Previous to that, I worked in an array of positions that allowed me to assist youth, young adults, and seniors, with daily living activities. There came a point in my journey through health care, that I realized I wanted to do more for people than I already was, so I took a big, scary, yet exciting, leap into nursing. Once I had graduated and passed my licensing exam, I had heard about the need for a foot care nurse in West Central Alberta. More so, a foot care nurse that would offer mobile/home visits  to those who desperately need foot care but have no means of transportation to appointments. It didn't take much thought before Heart to Sole Foot Care came to be, and I have never looked back! Foot care is so incredibly important for everyone of any age group, and I'm proud that I can offer this service to such wonderful clients!
